Making of Master Pattern

The art of replicating the original design. These are handmade by our artists using wax to carve the intricacy required by most of our clients.

2

Making of Rubber Mold

The first mold to make in order to mass produce from a master pattern. These are used to make wax multiple patterns to be assembled in clusters ready for the next process.

3

Ceramic Mold-Making

The process in which the clustered wax pattern are dipped into slurry of fine refractory material and then letting any excess drain off so a uniform surface is procedure. Drying :Takes 3-5 days to achieve the required strength for metal casting.

4

Metal Casting

Molten metal alloy is poured at an ideal temperature to the clustered ceramic molds, after solidification, the alloy will be formed identical to the master pattern.

5

Fettling

The ceramic shell is “knocked off” the casted cluster of metal alloy. The cutting of sprue, gating systems of runners and vents are done for separating each piece. It includes Cleaning up to remove signs of the casting process and excess materials by grinding.

6

Benchworking

Aligning, design refining and surface polishing are then applied to the casting product in preparation for finishing. Some work in the machine shop are done by hand to be able to achieve a certain look of finish.
